  1. Some people get abused by the complaints procedure and after 18 years still haven't had their complaint properly investigated.Its only been properly investigated when the person making the complaint says its been properly investigated not the people who are doing the investigation.

  2. I think also it would be great if patients wore secret body cameras as it can be helpful with negligent issues and many other cases Slater and Gordon seem a great and professional company
